They are called puthu. A local cake made from cassava, filled with red sugar and warmed by steam. In my hometown, puthu price is cheap. You got three for a thousand rupiah. Cause filled with sugar, you can expect the taste is sweet. I think it is a local "dim sum" that sould be served in warm condition.
