It began a month ago. An article written by Dahlan Iskan at Indopos Daily Newspaper discussed amazing development achieved by China. Dahlan wrote China has been implementing blue ocean strategy to win the competition in commerce and industrial fields. This strategy also has been used by multinational companies and they who listed in Forbes Magazine’s best 500 companies published every year.
It’s a great invention that changes marketing strategy of many countries and companies around the world. What I would say is there are many way to go deep Blue Ocean. As people still force themselves do their own way which could be failed and has been used by competitors, why don’t we find out another fields that still empty and none did? That’s why it called blue ocean strategy. It’s a illustration about a place where still clear and fresh. We could play alone without being disturbed by the other.
To tell the truth, this task (finding the strategy) is not an easy game. Everyone has to collect many resources and data about their past achievement. After filtering the working and fail ones, the next job is to analyze why they were happen. We then know the fact and pull out a conclusion about who we are. We exactly recognize our weakness and positive things.
Stepping forward to the finish; analyze the competitor and what they done. Ask yourself; are there any fields they do not occupy? If the answers are yes, that’s should be yours. That’s the blue ocean you should come in.
