To Whom Should I Get Mad ?

Let’s see what happen in our surrounding area. Everyday people from every direction tell about their gripe and grumble. It likes there is something wrong in their lives. Yes, it is not just my own problem. So, could you imagine if your circumstance always says unhappy feeling? Will you be calm while another feel bad? If you could not make difference, at least you need to control yourself not to get mad. It is enough?

I think everyone in this country have the same though and feeling about this situation, being mad but have a very little power to change the situation. When a group of labour rejects labor bill revision, what can you do as the same time you are a labor too? Probably, you stand doing nothing because you don’t understand the real problem labor sounds. The situation was same when government applied new fuel tariff, a few months ago. What people can do? Rejecting? Much of argumentation have been announced to reject or delay this policy but there are no changed have been raised.

Similar condition is happened now even in the local and private term. I am trapped in the stuck and depressed situation. My authorization and title don’t work cause of too much interception (intervention) come from my boss. ”No excuse,” that’s the answer whatever my reason said. This is not about my argumentations are wrong and he is right. It is more than just hierarchical gap. It’s a kind crisis of trust that your boss doesn’t believe your ability to handle the job. Actually I could understand his authorization until I saw a kind of hypocrisy he did. He never confesses his guilty when he didn’t do his obligation due to the jobs. Should I get mad and give protest to him? O no, I really know who he is. It is useless.

If you’ve ever heard an American idiom, lame duck, that’s me. I’m a lame duck now. Officially i still an officer in charge but there is no power i could use. He gives a duty to do but picks up the trust from me. So, where is the principal key of management theory which teachers and professors always tell in the university course named delegating? Please don’t ask me the answer. I hope I have one but I don’t. One thing I believe, I still have chance looking for thus outside the company, and I should go there. When? Sooner is better.
